Mr. & Mrs. Dowdy are both in their 80’s, Claire is a cancer patient. Dalton is in a wheel chair and is legally blind. Mr. Dowdy is retired from the upper Florida Milk Producers Co-Op. Mrs. Dowdy cares for Dalton daily with the help of several agencies that provide in home medical care.
